MacArthur Road and Grape St. off of Rt. 22 in Allentown. The Lehigh Valley Mall is located on MacArthur Rd. and the Whitehall Mall is located on Grape Street, perpendicular to MacArthur Road. You must have the following documents when you come to transfer your license:

Valid out of state driver license (not expired more than 6 months)
Social Security Card (may not be covered in plastic)
2 Documents to prove your residency
Must have utility bills gas/water/electric/phone/cable/lease/rental agreements/mortgage documents, W2 Forms, Weapons permit, Immigration/Naturalization Documents with current address.
U.S. State issued birth certificate, certificate of citizenship (INS form N560), certificate of naturalization (INS form N550), valid U.S. passport, military ID card, permanent resident card, valid passport stamped & approved, valid re-entry permit (INS Form I-327)
